Each plating plant is unique – built from proven elements, carefully planned and reliably implemented.
Our services support you from the concept stage to the installation and beyond. As a planning service we carry out feasibility studies and prepare preliminary studies. We build new plants and bring your production facilities up to the latest state of the art with conversions, plant extensions and modernisations.
Throughout the long service life of Schlötter plants, we support you with our services in the form of maintenance, repairs, software adaptations and spare parts service.
With our competence in the fields of mechanics, electrics and software control systems0, we look at all requirements for the system, the interfaces to the building and the periphery. We plan and implement your plant according to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EU and take all requirements for water protection, occupational safety and fire protection into account.
Electroplating plants consist of a multitude of elements and technologies. We integrate the transport system, tanks, electrics, peripherals and our SLOTRONIC plant control system to create an efficient plant.
A special feature are our proven and extremely robust solutions. This is the basis for the long service life of Schlötter plants. The Schlötter plant control system SLOTRONIC is based on more than 700 installations.
