We analyse customer samples of our electrolytes in our service laboratory, carry out error analyses or microsections, plate customer samples in our inhouse plating shop, train customer personnel or provide support onsite.
We provide extensive documentation for all our processes some of which are tailored to individual customer needs, including technical data sheets (TDS), safety data sheets or laboratory folders.
In our training laboratory in Geislingen, we offer individual customer training. Here our customers learn how to operate our processes, acquire practical and theoretical knowledge on our electrolytes and carry out Hull cell tests in the laboratory.

Schlötter plants have a long life and are capable of continuously operating 24/7 for many years. In order to ensure that equipment operates to its optimum capability, our experienced service and installation teams provide regular maintenance and repair services. Our wear and spare parts service ensures the availability and supply of spare parts. With Schlötter plants which remain operational for many years, the process sequences may change in line with new process requirements or new functions. In these instances, our service team can provide assistance with control system adaptations using the Schlötter SLOTRONIC plant control system.
For ongoing maintenance, our experienced technicians will examine the condition of the customer plant and suggest appropriate measures.
Regular maintenance ensures the continuous reliability of plating plant. Our maintenance team will be happy to agree a maintenance schedule with our customers.
We undertake to ensure that spare parts will be available or workable solutions will be found for Schlötter plant even after being in operation for several years.
Our customers’ software requirements are as diverse as their applications. We develop individual software modifications and updates for the SLOTRONIC plant control system.
